I'm happy to send you a photo of it when it is complete if you would like. Thanks for sharing and allowing us to learn from you. Until I get better at some of the unusual techniques in cake designing, I am appreciative of others who are willing to share their design and give us pointers on how to make it. Thanks Renee. I live in New Hampshire, it's not especially humid here, but not a terribly dry climate either... I know there are people who never put fondant in the fridge but I always refrigerate my cakes and haven't had a problem (knock on wood!). I do occasionally get some condensation on the surface, but as long as you don't touch anything until it dries the moisture evaporates just fine.Happy Cakes by Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07942355304740894493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2123393417991276182.post-4850273220589600012012-05-03T17:58:22.339-04:002012-05-03T17:58:22.339-04:00Love the effect you did with the fondant! I live in Virginia and am concerned that the humidity in my fridge will make my fondant gummy, but if it works for you I might try it...Kristinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03056654388295567076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2123393417991276182.post-79442773402607657622012-03-01T09:39:34.775-05:002012-03-01T09:39:34.775-05:00Incredible! LOL, he has to define it as a Transformer, because some people get confused with it being an actual Bumble Bee!Tina & Deanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11979124140996367894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2123393417991276182.post-49631178426035316682012-02-04T11:00:09.011-05:002012-02-04T11:00:09.011-05:00Wow!
