My First Post
My first blog post, woo-hoo!! I've been thinking about starting a blog for a while now. I have a passion for making cakes and I enjoy learning about new techniques and seeing other people's creations. So I thought, maybe, someone might be able to learn from me! As a "newbie" to the industry, I'm also looking for a new place to share my work and journey to starting (hopefully) a cake business!

Just found your blog and I love it! I started with today and just read everything back to your first post :) I was especially happy to find your review of the MAT! I just got one, and have been waiting to try it. Now I'm going to order some "good" fondant :)
